Student Grievance Redressal Committee

The Grievance Redressal Committee provides students and parents a fair, time-bound process to raise and resolve academic or administrative concerns, in line with UGC (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations.

How to raise a grievance

  • Submit a written grievance to the college office, addressed to the Chairman of the Grievance Redressal Committee.
  • The committee reviews the matter, hears the student if required, and communicates a decision.
  • Grievances are treated confidentially and without prejudice to the student.
  • Unresolved grievances may be escalated to the University or the Ombudsperson as provided under the regulations.
