Examination Grievance

An online mechanism for students to raise and track examination-related grievances directly with the Examination Department.

Online grievance redressal mechanism

The Examination Department has introduced an online students' grievance redressal mechanism. Instead of submitting a written application to the Examination Department, students can now contact the Grievance Redressal team directly for any examination-related query.

All students are advised to take advantage of this facility.

How to raise a grievance

  1. 1Open the online examination grievance form using the button on this page.
  2. 2Fill in your details, examination information, and a clear description of the grievance.
  3. 3Attach relevant documents or screenshots where applicable, then submit the form.
  4. 4The Examination Grievance Redressal team is notified and will begin the redressal process.
  5. 5Where required, the matter is forwarded to Savitribai Phule Pune University for resolution.
